We want our customers to be entirely happy with their purchase. To ensure that the fabric and colour you have chosen for your outfit is the correct one, please use our fabric sample service to request swatches of the fabrics. This way you can be certain you have the exact fabric and colour that you desire.

Sorry - we are unable to provide samples of our marabou feather collection.

At UK Bridal Store we take pride in the fact that all our products are made to the highest of standards. Each item is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. If in the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange for you to return the item for either replacement or a full refund.

Under the Distance Selling regulations you also have the right to cancel the agreement at any time within 7 working days after receipt of your goods. We will not however accept any returns of goods which have been used, damaged or which are in an unsaleable condition. We are unable to accept returns of goods which are custom made or bespoke unless the item is faulty.

If you wish to return an item you may cancel by giving us notice within 7 working days of receipt by email to ukbridalstore@gmail.com or in writing to the address given below.

If you cancel the following conditions must be followed:

1)You must return the goods to the address given below

2) The goods must be returned to us complete with all packaging in unused saleable condition within 14 working days of receipt.

3) You are responsible for costs incurred in returning the goods to us. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method.

4) We will reimburse you by the same method by which payment was received within 14 days. We will refund the price of the returned item plus your initial postage cost or a percentage of your postage cost if you part return an order. You will be sent email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please note that any wraps with added diamante are classed as personalised and are therefore exempt from our refund policy - and are non refundable.
