Do you offer a next day delivery service? No, I'm sorry but as many of my items are made to order, we can not offer a next day delivery service.
Do you have a store I can visit? www.ukbridalstore.co.uk is an internet only retailer. By not having any high street shops we keep our overheads to a minimum and as a result we can pass on the savings to our customers.
How quickly will I receive my order? Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (unless otherwise stated) with delivery within 4-6 working days.
Do you take orders from outside the UK? Yes - we can also ship to countries within the European Union. Please select the Airmail shipping option when ordering.
Airmail shipping is calulated at 10% of the total order value.

I want to order 3 wraps but the site will only let me order 1? Our site is set up so that it will only allow you to order what we have in stock. We can ususally obtain further stock within 7-10 working days, so if you require more than we have in stock contact us via email and we will arrange this for you.
How can I be sure that my wrap will match my outfit? We want our customers to be entirely happy with their purchase. To ensure that the fabric and colour you have chosen for your outfit is the correct one, please use our fabric sample service to request swatches of the fabrics. Can I return a wrap which isn't suitable? At UK Bridal Store we take pride in the fact that all our products are made to the highest of standards. Each item is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. If in the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange for you to return the item for either replacement or a full refund. Under the Distance Selling regulations you also have the right to cancel the agreement at any time within 7 working days after receipt of your goods. We will not however accept any returns of goods which have been used, damaged or which are in an unsaleable condition. We are unable to accept returns of goods which are custom made or bespoke unless the item is faulty.
