We accept payment by: Credit/debit card or by cheque/postal order. Please select which method you would like to choose from the drop down menu during checkout.
All our payments are processed securely by Google checkout.
Postage and Packaging
We offer FREE UK P&P on all our products within the UK.
Items are dispatched within 2 working days (unless otherwise stated) via Royal Mail 2nd class with delivery within 4-6 working days.
If you require an item urgently please let us know and we will prioritize your order and dispatch first class.
Buyers from outside the UK are welcome - please select Airmail during the checkout process. Our airmail shipping charge is calculated at 15% of the order value.
If you require more than we have in stock please get in touch as we can supply any quantity to order ususally within 7-10 working days.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery on our range of cravats. Returns Policy
We want our customers to be entirely happy with their purchase. To ensure that the fabric and colour you have chosen for your outfit is the correct one, please use our fabric sample service to request swatches of the fabrics. This way you can be certain you have the exact fabric and colour that you desire.
At UK Bridal Store we take pride in the fact that all our products are made to the highest of standards. Each item is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. If in the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange for you to return the item for either replacement or a full refund.
Under the Distance Selling regulations you also have the right to cancel the agreement at any time within 7 days after receipt of your goods. We will not however accept any returns of goods which have been used, damaged or which are in an unsaleable condition. We are unable to accept returns of goods which are custom made or bespoke unless the item is faulty.
You may cancel by giving us notice by email to ukbridalstore@gmail.com or in writing to the address given below.
If you cancel the following conditions must be followed
1)You must return the goods to the address given below
2) The goods must be returned to us complete with all packaging in unused saleable condition.
3) You are responsible for costs incurred in returning the goods to us. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method.
4) We will reimburse you by the same method by which payment was received within 14 days. You will be sent email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Please note that the diamante service is NON REFUNDABLE
