Sorry but we are not able to take orders over the telephone.
We do everything possible to ensure that the samples we provide reflect our current stock, however due to manufacturing differences fabrics may vary slightly in colour from different batches. It is advisable therefore to order items as soon as possible after ordering samples. We would also advise customers ordering multiple items to order at the same time to ensure that all items are cut from the same fabric.
Postage and Packaging
Items are dispatched within 2 working days (unless otherwise stated) via Royal Mail.
Our standard FREE service uses Royal Mail second class - which delivers within 3 working days of dispatch.
For an additional £1 we can send by Royal Mail first class - which delivers within 2 working days of dispatch.
Sorry, but as many of our items are made to order we are not able to offer a next day delivery service.
Buyers from European Union counties are welcome - please select Airmail during the checkout process. Our airmail shipping charge is calculated at 10% of the order value.
Sorry, we do not deliver to countries outside of the UK or EU
Returns Policy
We want our customers to be entirely happy with their purchase. To ensure that the fabric and colour you have chosen for your outfit is the correct one, please use our fabric sample service to request swatches of the fabrics. This way you can be certain you have the exact fabric and colour that you desire.
Sorry - we are unable to provide samples of our marabou feather collection or range of cravats.
At UK Bridal Store we take pride in the fact that all our products are made to the highest of standards. Each item is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. If in the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange for you to return the item for either replacement or a full refund.
Under the Distance Selling regulations you also have the right to cancel the agreement at any time within 7 working days after receipt of your goods. We will not however accept any returns of goods which have been used, damaged or which are in an unsaleable condition. We are unable to accept returns of goods which are custom made or bespoke unless the item is faulty.

If you wish to return an item you may cancel by giving us notice within 7 working days of receipt by email to ukbridalstore@gmail.com or in writing to the address given below.
1)You must return the goods to the address given below
2) The goods must be returned to us complete with all packaging in unused saleable condition within 14 working days of receipt.
3) You are responsible for costs incurred in returning the goods to us. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method.
4) We will reimburse you by the same method by which payment was received within 14 days. You will be sent email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ENCLOSE EITHER THE ORIGINAL PACKING NOTE SENT WITH YOUR ORDER OR AT LEAST YOUR NAME & ADDRESS OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT KNOW WHO THE PACKAGE IS FROM AND WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.
Please note that any wraps with added diamante are classed as personalised and are therefore exempt from our refund policy - and are non refundable. We would advise the purchase of fabric swatches prior to ordering.
Overseas postage costs are non refundable.
